ACD Museum? I went there 16 years ago. Cool place. If so, I don’t remember a cutout in any of the cars though...kinda creepy.

His taste in cars could be good:

He was a car guy, IIRC he also had a Duesenberg, Crosley Hot Shot, customized early Continental, etc.

Kind of unusual, I think, as I believe he usually painted all his cars in his signature Cherokee Red (sometimes with a gold Taliesen logo on the door).

He was what you might call flamboyant. He enjoyed living a luxurious lifestyle (regardless of whether his means supported one) and had no problem with showing it off, the cars were very much a part of that.

Well according to Ranwhenparked he didn’t always have the cash but it didn’t stop him.
